For travellers opting for Itinerary services, 50% is to be made in advance of the introductory call and the remaining to be paid when the final itinerary is ready.

For travellers opting for booking support add-on through UntoldCompass:

To confirm bookings and lock in arrangements, a 60% advance payment is required.
The remaining balance is to be settled before commencement of the journey.

Please note that bookings cannot be guaranteed until the advance payment is received.

Any major changes requested after bookings are confirmed may be subject to revised pricing, availability, or additional charges.

Initial itinerary estimates are indicative and may vary depending on travel season, availability, pricing fluctuations, and booking timelines — especially during peak travel periods, festivals, holidays, or long weekends.
If travellers choose to proceed with bookings through UntoldCompass, the final payable amount will be shared based on actual availability and confirmed rates at the time of booking.
Travellers will be given a limited window to review and confirm the proposed bookings before prices or availability may change.

For travellers opting for booking support add-on through UntoldCompass:

Cancellations made more than 15 days before the start of travel will attract a 20% cancellation charge.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the trip start date will not be refunded.
In cases where bookings have already been confirmed with hotels, transport providers, or other partners, additional cancellation charges imposed by those providers may also apply.
