Discovery Call
Payment is made in advance of the call. If you decide to proceed with a Curated Itinerary, the Discovery Call fee will be credited towards your itinerary fee.
Curated Itinerary
A 50% advance payment is required to begin planning, with the remaining 50% payable when the final itinerary is ready for delivery.
Booking Concierge
If you choose to continue with our Booking Concierge service, Escape Edits will coordinate your bookings and arrangements on your behalf. Payments for hotels, transport, activities, experiences and other third-party services are made directly by you to the relevant provider.
Booking Concierge charges, including applicable taxes, are payable to Escape Edits once your bookings have been confirmed.
Changes After Booking
We understand that plans can change. Where possible, Escape Edits will help coordinate changes with the relevant provider. Any changes will depend on availability and may involve revised pricing or additional provider charges.
Significant changes or additional planning may incur an additional coordination fee, which will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Payments & Cancellations
Cost Estimates & Bookings:
Initial itinerary estimates are indicative and may vary depending on travel season, availability, pricing fluctuations, and booking timelines — especially during peak travel periods, festivals, holidays, or long weekends.
Travellers will be given a reasonable window to review and confirm proposed bookings. Prices and availability are subject to change until the relevant booking is confirmed with the provider.

Cancellations:
Cancellations may be coordinated by Escape Edits or handled directly between the traveller and the relevant provider. Any cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts, or other costs imposed by the provider will be payable by the traveller.
Escape Edits' Booking Concierge fee is separate from third-party booking costs and is non-refundable for coordination work already completed.
