Where Booking Concierge is included, Escape Edits will take care of coordinating with hotels, transport providers, activity operators and other local partners on your behalf. We’ll help bring the arrangements together, while each service is provided directly by the respective provider.

What’s Not Included:

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, Escape Edits does not offer services related to:

International flights
Visa documentation and approvals
Travel and medical insurance
Medical expenses or emergency assistance
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

Traveller Responsibilities:

Travellers are expected to:

Ensure passports, visas, and travel documents are valid and meet applicable entry requirements
Check and comply with entry, health, and vaccination requirements
Purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance
Share accurate personal and emergency information where reasonably required for the provision of agreed services
Follow local laws, customs, and safety guidelines
Exercise personal judgment and responsibility during the trip

Travel Flexibility:

Travel in India can occasionally involve delays, weather disruptions, route changes, or other unforeseen situations.

If plans need to change due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, and Booking Concierge is included in the agreed services we will do our best to help identify and coordinate suitable alternatives where possible, based on availability and the circumstances at the time. Such changes may affect timelines and costs, and any additional costs for third-party services will be the traveller's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Travellers are requested to remain flexible and understanding when such situations arise.
